Perched on the cliff front over looking Killcare beach, this stunning property will meet all expectations. With 180 degree unobstructed ocean views out to the Pacific Ocean and down to Palm Beach and Sydney, this is a beach house with the WOW factor.
All three bedrooms are situated on entry level - 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed and a King single bed along with a OLED TV. Perfect for children or adults a like. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and ocean views. There are two bathrooms, one on entry level together with the bedrooms and one downstairs combined with a laundry including including a washer/dryer. Both bathrooms have heated flooring and towel rails. Downstairs is the entertaining level with a cosy combustion fire place for for those cold winter nights. Enjoy the views form the sofa, read a book or get together and play one of the many board games on offer. The kitchen features a stone bench top with dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. Relax on the outdoor lounge or 8 seater dining table located on the large entertaining deck overlooking the incredible views. A refreshing outdoor shower awaits you after your trip to the beach or swim in the pool. Features:

The charming village of Killcare/Hardys Bay on the NSW Central Coast is perfect for the secluded escape. With its beautiful beaches and is surrounded by the stunning Bouddi National Park, you will find plenty of things to do and see on a weekend or family holiday away. From bushwalking or mountain biking to swimming, surfing and fishing or just simply relaxing, Killcare is the place to be.
Killcare retains a small fishing village atmosphere, but has a broad variety of shops including restaurants, cafes, general store, art gallery, hairdresser, homewares/fashion boutique and fine dining at Bells of Killcare. Killcare Marina is available to hire fishing boats, kayaks and bikes. There is the Killcare Surf Life saving club at the southern end of beach and Putty Beach is located at the Northern end of the beach perfect for swimming, snorkelling and picnicking. Putty Beach is also the start of the scenic Bouddi Coastal walk which runs for 8kms to MacMasters Beach.
Getting here - Killcare is a 90 min drive north of Sydney by car. You can also catch the scenic ferry from Palm Beach to Wagstaffe. Major supermarkets and facilities are within a 10min drive

Summary: Clean with all needs met. Swimming pool was a major hit with my 2 children. Nice grassy area for them to play also. Children can be supervised in the pool from the deck ajacent to the kitchen. 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds. 1 with a single and pull out lounge bed which was made up for my kids. We did not use the third room as it was just my hubby and 1 and our 2 boys. Quiet surroundings. Close to Harry's Bay and Killcare beach. We also explored Umina and Ettalong close by. Lots of places to eat withing 5-20 minutes drive. Cooked a lot in the kitchen. Kitchen had everything and was wonderful to work in. Had basics there like cling wrap, baking paper, foil, salt and pepper, olive oil (although we had bought our own). Great stay. It was an annual slurge for us but worth it.
